The Website is operated by International Trade Solutions FZ-LLC ("ITS", "we", "us"), licensed in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), UAE, for Project Management Consultancy and Commercial Brokerage. ITS provides brokerage, consultancy and project management services, and may offer packages and products through its online store. Information on the Website is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Services are subject to a separate written agreement or confirmed quotation.
Enquiries, quotations and bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation by ITS in writing. We may decline any request at our discretion.
Prices are shown in the currency stated and exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated. Payment terms are set out in your quotation or order confirmation. Orders are confirmed only once payment or an agreed deposit has been received.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the service or package purchased and will be stated in your quotation or order confirmation. Where third-party suppliers are involved (for example yacht operators or event organisers), their cancellation terms may also apply.
Where ITS acts as a broker or intermediary, we introduce parties and facilitate transactions but are not a party to the underlying contract unless expressly agreed in writing. Each party remains responsible for its own due diligence.
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on the Website, including text, logos and images, belongs to ITS or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
